CPS Contact: CPS received a report when Aleicia was brought into an emergency room with a broken bone from a fall, and hospital staff believed that her mom had delayed reporting the injury. CPS believed the mom's story about Aleicia falling and closed the case.
Aleicia was raped and drowned in three inches of bathtub water.
