CPS Contact: CPS had four prior reports on Alex's Mom, and they turned Alex over to his Father for six months. But at the end of the siz months he went back with Candy Ramirez, his Mom, and after his murder CPS had to settle a lawsuit with the Father for an undisclosed amount.
Alex was hit in the head, tied to a high chair, thrown in a crib, and forced to stand for two hours while his Mom whipped his legs with a belt before he died.
